Uppo

Poor posture is a common problem in the senior adult age group. Unlike conventional walkers, Uppo helps the user develop good posture habits. Uppo is an assistive mobility device that is used to ensure the stability and balance of the user. One of the results of good posture, stability and balance is overall improved confidence. The telescoping arms and collapsable body allow Uppo to take up the smallest footprint possible when not in use. This allows for maneuverable transport which encourages use outside of the house.

Cradle of forest

Cradle of forest can bring authentic nature instead of pseudo nature into their daily life, and it can be carried over into the future. This good work is based on their hope which a desire to bring environmental issues closer to them, although they tend to view the issues on a global scale. It is hoped that companies aiming to comply with Paris Agreement, a new international treaty aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, will actively use Cradle of forest.

The Maidan tent is a covered, welcoming square, designed to host various activities. The structure is a round, multifunctional space open on every side and subdivided into eight sectors which are zoned in two concentric areas. The center of the tent is an open common meeting place enclosed by a ring of semiprivate spaces where people can gather to pursue their activities in a more intimate common space.

The Smog Free Project offers a unique sensual experience of a clean future. It consists of Smog Free Tower and Smog Free Jewellery, and the Tower is the largest air purifier in the world that cleans 30,000m3 per hour via patented ion technology, using no more green electricity than a waterboiler. Tactile supports for wayfinding

The bachelor thesis (ISIA Urbino, supervisor: Luciano Perondi) investigates the problem of accessibility within the graphical representation of space and takes the form of a tactile artefact accessible to the blind and visually impaired. The goal is to make the geography of an area available both in economic as well as content terms, thanks to the combination of a low-cost printing technique and a specific representative approach. The project consists of a set of tactile maps and a research programme that documents the design process and the first phase of testing with blind people.
