Tentative

Tentative is a smart compact post disaster shelter tent. A simple yet innovative tent is a way to bring fast practical shelter to emergency disaster victims; the collapsible tent is flat packed for easy transport and is suitable for all climates and only an hour to pop up with necessary few tools. The compact disaster shelter is made of a fiber and a durable weather resistant textile which is quilted sewed and consists thermally insulated perlite in between. It uses a roof that helps in collecting water and providing lighting and ventilation.

Less

Deep consideration on our actual needs was the starting point for the research that led to the definition of an extremely basic eco-friendly chair. As universal as traditional chairs, Less Chair is an anti-diva we may have to look for, but that is never pushy. In Less Chair the inclined converging lines of the legs create an easel that firmly supports the body of the chair seat made even more comfortable by its rounded shapes that are also functional.

Revitalization of Lui Seng Chun

Adaptive reused a Chinese tenement house as a Chinese Medicine Centre with minimum intervention and preserve authenticity of the old character of the building. New additions are hidden as much as possible to let the old element to be appreciated by the public. Glass enclosure is introduced to improve the clinical environment while the character of open veranda is maintained. Major façade of the building is preserved with the new exit stair put at the less obvious location. The interior design of the veranda can be seen from outside which becomes part of the façade design.
