The characteristics and historical deposits of the ancient castle are preserved with original flavour. New Hanoi Arts House

The New Hanoi Arts House reflects the murals, paintings and images of public artworks designed by Thu Thuy since 2006. Murals featuring flora and fauna are on the first two floors. Photography highlighting Thu Thuy’s past public artworks line the stairwell. A mirror room on the fifth floor, designed by Thu Thuy and Mike Savad combine graphic imagery with an iconic symbol of Vietnam. Even the outdoor balcony serves as a flower garden. Entrance is free of charge.

No Footprint House

The NFH is developed for serial production, based on a larger toolbox of prefabricated residential typologies. A first prototype was built for a European family in the southwest of Costa Rica. They chose a two-bedroom configuration with steel structure and pine wood finishes, which was shipped to its target location on one single truck. The building is designed around a central service core in order to optimize logistical efficiency regarding assembly, maintenance and usage. The project seeks for integral sustainability in terms of its economic, environmental, social and spatial performance.

Rhita

Assembly and disassembly designed for sustainability cause. With an Innovative hinge structure system designed, 70 percent of parts were reduced, no glue or rivet for fixation, no sewing of the inner lining, that makes it easier to be repaired, and downsized 33 percent of freight volume, eventually, extend the suitcase life-cycle. All parts can be purchase individually, for customizing own suitcase, or parts replacement, no returning suitcase to repair center needed, saves time and reduce shipping carbon footprint.

No Footprint Wood House

The No Footprint Wood House is located along the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Its bioclimatic design integrates with the surrounding lush tropical forests and natural habitat. The project forms part of the multi-award winning No Footprint House series. Climate-responsive building variations are based on passive design strategies. Industrial building techniques and prefabricated components are combined with locally harvested and regenerative construction materials. The project promotes integral sustainability in terms of its social, economic, environmental and spatial performance.

FOODres

The Foodres AI Printer is a desktop pallet 3D printer that transforms food scraps and organic waste into creative crafts. The machine and app use AI to sort materials through the phone camera based on printable recipes. Users can simply drop in food waste and select forms and sizes to print objects such as cup holders, coasters, decor, and custom designs. The Foodres AI Printer embodies Foodres AI’s vision of promoting real time food saving. This product goes beyond recycling food waste and actively engaging communities in eco-friendly practices on a daily basis.
